WORKIFY is an online digital marketplace that connects clients seeking services with independent workers who choose to display their skills on the platform.
WORKIFY does not recruit, hire, employ, supervise, direct, manage, or control any worker listed on the platform. We are not agents, recruiters, an employment agency, a staffing agency, a labour broker, a contractor, or an employer.
Any agreement, quotation, contract, payment arrangement, schedule, work instruction, employment relationship, or business relationship is made directly between the client and the worker.
Workers are responsible for the quality, legality, safety, pricing, and completion of the services they provide. Clients are responsible for their hiring decisions, instructions, payments, and interactions with workers.
